Turnaround Times

Turnaround time on your design project is stated as an estimate only. eCPRINT does not provide any guarrantee in regards to design turnaround times due to variables such as the complexity of the job, workloads and key staff availability at the time. We will do our best to meet your needs in a timely manner (usually approx 2-4 working days). Print turnaround times stated are indicative only and fluctuations may occur due to a range of variables through the production process. If your job is urgent we advise you order from our DIGITAL EXPRESS range of products - which do offer guarranteed turnarounds.

Artwork, design and proofing required is not factored in to the suggested turnaround time for your job. Turnaround for any design or pre-press work varies depending on the time of week, current office workloads and staffing levels at the time. If you have a deadline speak to your consultant to ensure the design/pre-press work can be completed in time to ensure production time meets your deadline.
