If your annual print orders do not meet our minimum criteria as set by our accounts department, you may be required to pay a small initial setup fee in order to utilise the eCPRINT Online Print Engine (OPE). eCPRINT takes no responsibility for mistakes made by the user in creating new setups from existing artwork loaded on the OPE where the client has requested express turnaround with no proof requested. As an OPE user, it is your responsibility to ensure that only yourself, or authorised personnel operating under your instruction, are enabled to access the OPE to create artwork and order jobs.
